Nakapag Burnham Park ka na ba?

Burnham Park is I guess one of the most visited parks in Baguio City. This is also where the public transportation also converges. One of the highlights of Burnham park is the boating lagoon.

Many would find it exciting or romantic (for lovers), while I would think its boring. I just don’t like the idea of boating there.

I just love to stroll around the park and drink strawberry-flavored taho. Ang sarap ng taho dito! The place is perfect for early morning exercise.

Hir na Me sa Wright Park!

When I went to Baguio last week, one of the parks I didn’t fail to visit is the Wright Park. I always love the long stretch of pond at the Wright Park. It gives a feeling of serenity and calmness. The place is so quiet when I went there. it was weekday, mid morning. Only a handful of tourists were there when I visited. It was a bit cloudy, pero OK lang. malamig pa rin! As usual.

Hir na Me sa The Mansion!

Ayan! finally, naka balik din ako sa The Mansion! During my previous visit to Baguio (2006) I wasnt able to drop by the Mansion because of the unpredictable weather. Ayoko kasingl umabas tapos biglang umulan na lang bigla. The last time I sat foot in this place was in 1998. Tagal na noh? Well, nothing much has changed, except for the occupant of this building.

Masaya lang mag drop by dito, pa picture picture, then stroll at the Wright Park which is just in front of it!

Hir Na Me sa Good Shepherd Convent!

One of the places I never fail to visit when in Baguio City is the Good Shepherd Convent along Gibraltar Road. Good Shepherd Convent is known for producing the finest Ube Jam, Strawberry Jam and other fruit preserves.

I bought several bottles of ube jam and strawberry jelly for home consumption. Ayun, ubos agad ang ube jam! Sarap sobra!

Hir Na Me sa Mines View Park!

This is not the first time I have been to Mines View Park. And honestly, I am not really that excited to go back to the Mines View since there’s nothing really much to see there. I just dropped by the Mines View to get its geographic coordinates (for the Where in the Philippines blog) and visit the Good Shepherd convent which is just located 300 meters away from the view point.
